Who Am I?

I have a rich background in counselling and community services, with extensive experience of over twenty-five years.

With over a decade of dedicated service in Community Services, I have specialized in supporting the well-being of families and senior citizens.

As I transitioned into a new chapter, I became a Women’s Advocate, focusing on counselling, helping and empowering at-risk and high-risk expectant mothers and their partners.

I have spent the past 5 years working in private practice, where I have worked with people in different stages and seasons of life.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including both multidisciplinary teams and private practice. This diverse experience has deepened my understanding of mental health and wellness, allowing me to develop tailored therapeutic approaches that meet the unique needs of each individual.

I am passionate about leveraging my skills and expertise to create meaningful, positive change in the lives of those I work with.

“She dried her tears and they did smile

To see her cheeks returning to glow

How little dreaming all the while

That full heart throbbed to overflow

With that sweet look and lively tone

And bright eyes shining all the day

They could not guess at midnight lone

How she would weep the time away”
